Benjamin Anderson, a junior at Mountain Vista High in Colorado, won the boys sweepstakes race at the Liberty Bell Invitational, covering the 5-kilometer layout in 14:48.9 at Heritage High in Littleton, Colo. Anderson helped Mountain Vista secure sixth place as a team with 223 points. Anderson elevated from finishing fifth in last year's sweepstakes in 15:00.3.
