Benjamin Anderson, a junior at Mountain Vista High, placed second in the Class 5A boys final by covering the 5-kilometer layout in 15:19.0 to help the Golden Eagles finish runner-up to Rock Canyon by a 96-105 margin at the Colorado High School Activities Association Cross Country Championships at Norris Penrose Event Center in Colorado Springs.
